    Team Overview:


    • Team of 2 regular employees and 1 contingent worker (CW), all based in Manila
    • Hiring Manager (HM) based in London
    • Focus on content and communications support in HR Operations, system and product management, releasing new features


    Key Responsibilities:


    • Update knowledge articles on MyHR
    • Organize and maintain the internal library
    • Write process documents and create process maps
    • Create videos and engagement content for product management
    • Prepare updates for MyHR GPT and Workday
    • Promote system adoption
    • Translate content into Brazilian Portuguese, French, Spanish, English, and Japanese using AI tools and human reviewers
    • Work with a ticketing system to manage feedback on content tasks

    Requirements:


    • 3+ years of relevant experience
    • Fluency in Polish and English

    • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and HRCM systems (e.g., Workday)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Collaborative and confident in meetings
