Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

About the Project:

You will join a long term, 5 year digital transformation initiative for a global telecommunications leader operating mobile and fixed networks across Europe and recognized as the world’s largest IoT connectivity provider.The project covers Digital Development areas responsible for Web, App, and Platform engineering, including Scrum Masters and Technical Product Owners. The teams build and enhance key digital products such as the consumer eShop, marketing site, mobile applications, and smart assistant solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more teams

• Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe practices and promote Agile maturity

• Facilitate Sprint ceremonies (Stand up, Planning, Review, Retrospective) within timeboxes

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and Sprint/PI goal alignment

• Remove impediments and protect team productivity

• Drive continuous improvement and strengthen team dynamics

• Foster cross team collaboration and provide clear stakeholder updates

• Track and analyze Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, PI progress)

  
  

Requirements:

• Experience acting as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile ways of working, including SAFe, with the ability to educate and guide the team

• Ability to facilitate all key Sprint ceremonies while ensuring productivity and adherence to timeboxes

• Experience supporting Product Owners in backlog management and guiding the team toward Sprint and PI objectives

• Proven capability to protect team productivity and remove impediments

• Focus on improving team performance, dynamics, and identifying growth opportunities

• Ability to enhance communication and collaboration with other teams and provide clear status updates to stakeholders

• Practical experience in working with Agile delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, PI progress)
