Overview

We are looking for a Senior SAP Consultant to join the SAP HR team supporting and maintaining SAP systems for a client. The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors, integrated with SAP ECC (including the SAP HCM module). You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting business-critical systems and handling both incident and change management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors

• Analyse and resolve user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)

• Assess, design, and implement user-requested changes (Change Management)

• Perform other relevant tasks within the SAP support service scope

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP Consultant

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (at least one module: Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Performance & Goals)

• Experience working in multinational SAP support teams for large clients

• Polish citizenship required
