SAP SuccesFactors Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for an SAP Application Developer to support the global implementation and continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors platform. This role involves system design, development, and operational support in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and support of SuccessFactors
• Collaborate on data migration, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and configuration workbooks
• Ensure compliance with security and service standards
• Support governance processes and perform mass data loads

Requirements:

• English proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Experience in SAP development; SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core is desirable
• Familiarity with at least one SF module (e.g., Performance & Goals, LMS)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes
