SAP S/4Hana CO Delivery Lead

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month

About the Project:

We are looking for an experienced Professional to join a dynamic team working on a large scale SAP S/4HANA program across the EMEA & AP regions.

Responsibilities:

• Advise, lead, and execute high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle

• Provide advisory support for the IT function and act as a subject matter expert

• Collaborate with and manage teams to ensure strong performance

• Take responsibility for team decisions and contribute to key cross-team initiatives

• Provide solutions to challenges impacting your team and multiple related teams

• Apply master proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling

• Utilize expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (recommended)

• Use strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Business Process Design, and Delivery Methods

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align project objectives with stakeholders

• Develop and implement solutions enhancing system performance and user experience

• Mentor junior team members to support a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment

• Analyze project outcomes and propose improvements to methodologies and processes

• Participate in strategic planning to align technology initiatives with business goals

• Perform Fit & Gap analysis of local PL requirements versus the central solution and adjust accordingly

• Conduct Functional Design, Technical Design, RICEFW creation, system configuration, client workshops, test scenario preparation and execution, and UAT suport

  
  

Requirements:

• +5–10 years of experience in the SAP CO area

• Strong expertise in Product Cost Controlling

• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred)

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition considered an advantage

• Strong skills in Business Process Design and delivery methodologies

• Ability to lead teams and work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups

• Very good command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
