Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions. The role focuses on delivering scalable RPA processes, Azure-based integrations, and supporting low-code development across the Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath

• Build and maintain Azure-based automation workflows and integrations

• Support application development using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)

• Create and maintain process documentation and technical designs

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and translate them into scalable solutions

• Ensure high-quality, secure, and efficient automation delivery

• Participate in Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath

• Strong programming skills in C#, Python, and .NET

• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Azure, Power Apps

• Knowledge of process documentation and solution design

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Customer-facing experience and ability to work with diverse stakeholders

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Experience with Document Understanding and Computer Vision

• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL, e.g., PostgreSQL
