RPA/Blue Prism Application Manager

OverviewWe are looking for a Blue Prism Administrator / RPA Operations Specialist to manage and support a live Blue Prism environment. This role involves daily operations, coordination with developers, and continuous improvement of the RPA infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to automation, compliance, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Blue Prism live environment: execute and monitor processes, maintain bot servers, and perform changes

• Provide support for all live processes, including exception management and incident handling

• Coordinate with 3–4 developers and support them by reviewing developments and process flows

• Monitor and optimize capacity of the RPA infrastructure; raise requests for scaling when needed

• Create regular reports on process performance for customers or management

• Manage audit documentation and findings

• Oversee platform architecture, system access, licensing, and documentation

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and credentials vault

• Monitor operations via control room, manage work queues, schedulers, bots, and troubleshooting procedures

• Maintain databases, backups, system upgrades, patches, and vendor support

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, IAM policies, and vulnerability management

• Manage deployment and change processes including release workflows, version control, and environment promotion

• Track known issues, risks, and propose future improvements

• (Nice to have) Apply Scrum methodology in sprint planning and team alignment

Requirements

• Blue Prism certification

• 4–6 years of experience with Blue Prism and infrastructure administration

• 1–3 years of experience managing virtual machines

• Strong skills in Blue Prism control room administration and bot deployment

• Good knowledge of project management, application development, and security governance

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Strong teamwork, analytical thinking, and organizational skills

Nice to have

• Experience as a Scrum Master

• Familiarity with sprint planning and agile methodologies
