Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic communicator to lead Executive and Internal Communications for the EMEA region. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Communications for EMEA and collaborates closely with the global executive communications team. The successful candidate will support the President of EMEA in external communications and thought leadership, while also driving internal communications strategies that foster employee engagement and alignment with company’s mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Platform Development & External Communications
- Elevate the voice of the EMEA President on strategic topics aligned with company’s vision
- Develop thought leadership content, social media strategy (LinkedIn), and external presentations
- Partner with PR, AR, and social media teams to drive engagement across key audiences
- Create and manage a communication platform for the EMEA President
- Support speaking engagements and external events
Internal Communications
- Design and implement creative employee communication programs
- Develop compelling narratives and campaigns that reflect company’s values
- Lead quarterly all-hands meetings and other employee engagement events
- Create internal messaging including articles, executive emails, scripts, and Q&A documents
- Measure and optimize internal communication effectiveness
- Support crisis and M&A communications
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Ensure alignment with corporate, functional, and regional priorities
- Collaborate with the Office of the President, HR, Marketing, Sales, and other teams
- Partner with DIB and sustainability leaders to promote initiatives across EMEA
Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years in communications, ideally within Fortune 500 B2B tech companies
- Proven skills in storytelling, strategic planning, executive coaching, and crisis communication
- Experience with digital content creation across web, video, social, and print
- Strong project management and digital communication skills
- Familiarity with communication performance metrics and audience analysis
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- We accept a maximum notice period of 1 month in accordance with the Labour Code
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred
Tools and Technologies
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, SmartSheets, Poppulo
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms
