Project Manager / Business Process Consultant

Location: Warsaw / Baku (alternating: 2 weeks in Baku, 2 weeks in Warsaw)

Responsibilities:

• Managing transformation projects focused on business process improvement

• Coordinating project teams and collaborating with client stakeholders

• Modeling and optimizing business processes using BPMN 2.0 and tools such as ARIS

• Preparing process documentation and improvement recommendations

• Participating in international projects (Baku/Warsaw), particularly in the Oil & Gas sector

• Delivering analyses and presentations to support business decision-making

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in consulting, business advisory, or managing transformation projects

• Practical knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and process modeling tools (preferably ARIS)

• Industry knowledge of Oil & Gas is a plus, especially in upstream (exploration and production)

• Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 50% of time spent in Baku)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Creative and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
