We are looking for a Program Manager Co-Lead to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) stream in the rollout of SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will work closely with the overall program manager to ensure effective user adoption and business readiness. You will lead Change Impact Assessments, collaborate with the Learning team on training programs, and oversee the Test Strategy and Execution.

Develop and implement communication strategies
Collaborate with the Learning team on training content and delivery
Support the business in transitioning to new SAP processes
Test Strategy and Execution
Design test plans aligned with business and program goals
Ensure high-quality test execution with stakeholders
Lead discussions on SAP test lifecycle
Required Skills and Experience
10+ years in Program or Project Management
Proven experience in leading large-scale transformations
Strong stakeholder and people management skills
Ability to identify and manage program risks
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in OCM
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
Solid understanding of SAP modules: FICO, Treasury, MM, EAM, EPPM
Experience in OCM strategy and test planning and execution
Preferred Certifications
SAP Certification
Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI)
