We are looking for a Program Manager Co-Lead to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) stream in the rollout of SAP S/4HANA. In this role, you will work closely with the overall program manager to ensure effective user adoption and business readiness. You will lead Change Impact Assessments, collaborate with the Learning team on training programs, and oversee the Test Strategy and Execution.


Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Coordination

  • Align functional teams with program goals and timelines

  • Support cross-functional collaboration


Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key business stakeholders

  • Facilitate smooth adoption of SAP S/4HANA


Risk Management

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks

  • Develop and execute risk mitigation plans


Reporting and Documentation

  • Deliver timely and clear reports

  • Ensure communication aligns with program governance


Organizational Change Management

  • Conduct Change Impact Analyses

  • Develop and implement communication strategies

  • Collaborate with the Learning team on training content and delivery

  • Support the business in transitioning to new SAP processes


Test Strategy and Execution

  • Design test plans aligned with business and program goals

  • Ensure high-quality test execution with stakeholders

  • Lead discussions on SAP test lifecycle


Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years in Program or Project Management

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformations

  • Strong stakeholder and people management skills

  • Ability to identify and manage program risks

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in OCM

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology

  • Solid understanding of SAP modules: FICO, Treasury, MM, EAM, EPPM

  • Experience in OCM strategy and test planning and execution


Preferred Certifications

  • SAP Certification

  • Change Management Certification (e.g., PROSCI)
