    Job description

    Responsibilitie:


    • Management of the ServiceNow product backlog, including the definition and prioritization of requirements
    • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the business requirements of the company
    • Communication and prioritization of product requirements to the development team
    • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities, as well as identification of improvement opportunities
    • Engagement with stakeholders to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
    • Collaboration with the development team to ensure that user stories are effectively implemented
    • Support of agile development processes by participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews


    Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
    • Several years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
    • Management and strategic development of project management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project Online, Celoxis, Oracle Primavera) for large projects and programs from the perspective of the Platform/Product Owner.
    • Ensuring the integration of Field Service Management systems (such as IBM Maximo, Oracle Fusion Field, Praxedo) into the project management platform for consistent tracking of work progress and tasks in the field.
    • Strong understanding of agile methods, ServiceNow best practices, and standards is desirable
    • Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements and managing a product backlog
    • Practical knowledge or certification in ITIL is desirable
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (German and English)
    • Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in fiber optic networks, is a plus
    • Practical experience with ServiceNow, especially the PPM and FSM modules, as an operational deployment platform is preferred.
