About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive the development of an Agentic AI solution by defining the product vision, gathering business requirements, and managing delivery within an agile setup. The role combines analytical depth with product ownership responsibilities and requires close collaboration with AI engineers, business stakeholders, and IT teams. You will ensure that the solution meets business needs, support validation and testing, and assess use cases with a strong focus on scalability and reusability.

Responsibilities

• Collect and define business requirements, translating them into a clear target vision for the Agentic AI solution

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and support agile delivery planning

• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility

• Prepare test cases and support solution validation throughout the development lifecycle

• Analyze and evaluate use cases, focusing on reusability across the organization

• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and cross‑functional discussions

• Ensure solution quality and business compliance

• Provide continuous guidance on product direction and support decision‑making

Must‑have requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Owner and/or Business Analyst roles

• Proven experience acting as both Product Owner and Business Analyst

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and defining target vision

• Hands‑on experience with agile project delivery and backlog prioritization

• Collaboration experience with AI engineering teams, business functions, and IT

• Ability to prepare test cases and support solution validation

• Experience with evaluating use cases, including reusability assessment

• Fluent German (both written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI, AI workflows, automation, or AI‑driven products

• Understanding of enterprise architecture standards

• Experience working in international, cross‑functional project environments

• Certifications related to PO/BA (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, IREB, PMI‑PBA)
