Key Responsibilities:
- Act as owner and voice of the customer for a portfolio of related products and services
- Communicate the vision and goals of the product portfolio and offerings
- Drive strategy development, prioritize and manage the portfolio and product roadmaps using criteria and requirements based on market research, business strategy, and user feedback
- Assist the sales team by evangelizing the value proposition and developing sales tools that support their selling process
- Provide regular updates about product direction and release plans across the portfolio to senior partners and clients
Team Leadership Responsibilities:
- Execute the product plan in collaboration with technology and business teams
- Deliver high-quality technology solutions aligned with industry and company standards
- Evaluate and determine the most appropriate technology solutions (Reuse, Buy, or Build)
- Demonstrate product functionality to partners
- Develop performance measures and identify key improvements
- Adapt products to market changes and define retirement/transition strategies
- Identify new products and features for growth
- Validate requirements and priorities with internal customers
- Collaborate with UX, business analysts, and engineers to define functionality and design solutions
- Monitor market trends and assess competitive positioning
- Drive product launch processes and ensure organizational readiness
- Manage vendor relationships and integrations
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Availability during US Central Time (UTC-5)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development lifecycle and project management
- Minimum 4 years of experience in:
- Product development and delivery frameworks
- Agile frameworks and/or DevOps practices
- Project and product management (user stories, roadmaps, backlogs, scrum teams)
- Business requirements analysis and solution definition
- Proficiency in Agile PM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Smartsheet, Confluence)
- Experience in project status reporting and milestone tracking
- Flexibility to work in US time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile Transformation Projects
- Understanding of Waterfall methodologies
- JIRA/ADO administration and configuration knowledge
