Pega System Architect

Location: 100% remote work

Salary: 250 – 270 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements

• Perform thorough code reviews for SSAs and SAs to ensure quality and adherence to standards

• Actively develop features and contribute to the codebase (hands-on coding is expected)

• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to the development team

• Support the team's BizDevOps maturity journey

Requirements:

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven Lead System Architect experience

• Strong Pega UI Constellation expertise is mandatory - must demonstrate practical implementation experience

• Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices

• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and Cloud environments

• Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
