Oracle SCM Expert

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Work Model: on-site 2-3 weeks per month (office in Dzierżoniów, any travel costs will be covered)

Contract Type: B2B (190 - 210 PLN/h + VAT)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Expert (R12) to support supply chain process optimization and system configuration. Polish and English proficiency are essential for effective collaboration with local teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update As-Is process maps and collaborate on defining To-Be processes.

• Support the local team in understanding standard Oracle functionality and best practices.

• Review current Oracle Global system configuration for Supply Chain modules and recommend improvements.

• Work with the business to ensure Master Data readiness (Items, Resources, Operations, BoMs, Routings, Suppliers, Sourcing Rules).

• Develop and execute test scenarios, including functional testing and validation of system changes.

  
  

Expectations

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, Routings) and configuration.

• Proven experience in process mapping and process design within supply chain operations.

• Hands-on expertise with Supply Chain master data and data readiness activities.

• Ability to design and execute functional testing, validate system changes, and resolve defects.
