Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Respond to escalations and assistance requests.
  • Develop expertise in specific areas.
  • Identify strengths and gaps within the team.
  • Take ownership of complex problems and provide remote support.
  • Supervise incident tickets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Follow communication procedures.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
  • Create and improve procedures and action plans.
  • Strive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in rotational shifts.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with VOIP protocols, PSTN connections, and Cisco technologies.
  • Telecom technologies and network protocols (DHCP, NTP, CDP, LLDP)
  • Ability to identify problems and deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with working with carriers.
  • Ability to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • CCIE Voice/Collaboration certification is highly desired.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • English - Advanced
