Job description

Online interview

Hybrid work model: 2-3 days per week in the Cracow office

100% remote work possible for candidates living more than 80 km from the office (candidates must be based in Poland)

Preferred start date: July / August (candidates with up to 1-month notice period will be considered)


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve various customer issues

  • Respond to incidents originating from customers or peer engineers according to established processes

  • Develop expertise in specific areas such as technology or product

  • Take ownership of customer incidents and provide remote support for analysis and configuration adjustments in network infrastructures

  • Utilize lab setups to replicate and resolve issues and validate planned improvements

  • Resolve issues promptly to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction

  • Engage with internal teams such as PS and TAC for RMA and complex issue support

  • Follow defined communication procedures for incident updates

  • Maintain accurate and relevant ticket notes

  • Drive continuous learning, improvement, and teamwork

  • Coordinate field services for on-site support when needed

  • Work independently on routine tasks and follow general instructions for new assignments


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong knowledge of UC Collaboration protocols (MGCP, H.323, SIP, SCCP) and PSTN connections (FXS, FXO, T1, PRI, SIP)

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies: CUCM, UCCX, CUC, IM & Presence, UCS Servers, ISR Voice Gateways, Cisco Jabber, IP Phones, QoS, Expressways, Webex Teams, and video endpoints

  • Familiarity with network protocols such as DHCP, NTP, CDP, LLDP

  • Ability to identify problems, take ownership, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills in English


Nice to Have:


  • Relevant certifications in Collaboration technologies etc.

  • Standard business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
