Responsibilities:
· Address complex and diverse network incidents, leveraging imaginative and innovative troubleshooting techniques. Conduct thorough analyses that may require in-depth evaluation of various factors.
· Utilize existing issue databases, debugging tools, and lab simulations to identify and resolve network incidents, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Stay informed on the latest technology products to provide top-notch support for both current and future network services.
· Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, taking ownership of their success by fully identifying and resolving issues while proactively preventing future problems.
· Engage with clients daily, providing expert technical guidance alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· Adhere to incident management protocols in alignment with SLAs and quality KPIs.
· Act as a mentor to colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise to foster team growth.
Requirements:
· A min. of 2 years of experience in network support within a NOC environment, specifically overseeing Cisco equipment.
· Practical knowledge of Cisco platforms and protocols, including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Multicast, HSRP, TCP/IP, IPSec, and Frame-Relay.
· Experience with SD-WAN, ThousandEyes, and Splunk is a plus.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· BS in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
