Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Location: 100% remote work (Willingness to travel occasionally to Wrocław/Kraków)


Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate with clients in technical discussions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
•    Support solution design and contribute to High-Level and Low-Level Architecture (HLD/LLD) deliverables, with awareness of platform capabilities and integration patterns
•    Participate in the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement), leveraging the broader Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Data Cloud, Personalization, other Salesforce solutions)
•    Support and mentor development teams through knowledge sharing, workshops, and internal training sessions


Requirements:
•    6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement), preferably in enterprise-scale environments
•    Salesforce certifications (required), such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
