About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to take on the role of Tech Lead for a development team of up to 10 members. This position involves both new feature development and system maintenance, with a strong focus on delivering results through leadership and technical guidance. The role includes direct interaction with external clients, requiring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
