Job Offer – Backend Engineer (Java/Project HR Tech)

We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team, contributing to the Project HR Tech initiative.

Hourly rate: 130–160 PLN net + VAT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services for HR Tech solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure systems.

• Ensure proper integration with APIs, data sources, and authentication systems.

  
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Java.

• Experience in REST API design.

• Experience in GraphQL schema design.

• Experience with NoSQL data modeling (Azure Cosmos NoSQL).

• Experience in data streaming (Confluent Kafka).

• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud.

• Hands-on experience in Authentication and Authorization (OAuth 2.0, MSFT EntraID).
