What You'll Do:


  1. Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Polish banking or insurance sectors
  2. Successfully achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth
  3. Developing, establishing, and expanding a new client portfolio from the ground up, driving new business opportunities and long-term growth
  4. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, including hunting for new clients, farming existing accounts, and executing strategic account management to strengthen partnerships and achieve business objective
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, positioning our solutions as essential to their business success
  6. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  7. Develop and present customized solutions addressing cloud migration, digital transformation, and operational challenges faced by clients
  8. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, pre-sales, and technical support to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction
  9. Create and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Polish market, aligning with the company's broader regional goals
  10. Monitor and report on sales activities, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and forecasts
  11. Work closely with company leadership, including the Chief Revenue Officer, to align sales strategies with overall organizational objectives


What We’re Looking For:


  1. Min. 6 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in the banking or insurance sector
  2. Proven network of contacts within the Polish banking or insurance industry
  3. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives
  4. Familiarity with the financial or insurance technology solutions
  5. Demonstrated success in selling solutions related to cloud migration, digital transformation, or similar fields
  6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions in a clear and impactful manner
  7. Proactive and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  8. Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  9. Willingness to travel regularly for face-to-face client meetings
  10. Fluency in English and Polish is required
