Location: Hybrid work model - 2 days per week in Wroclaw’s office

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month


Overview


We are seeking a communicative and customer-focused Application Support Specialist fluent in French and Spanish. This role is ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent support experiences in an IT environment.


Responsibilities


  • Provide first-line support for applications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

  • Communicate with users in French and Spanish to understand and resolve their technical problems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues

  • Document incidents and resolutions using tools such as ServiceNow

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and user experience


Requirements


  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach

  • Fluency in French and Spanish

  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is advantageous

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting and system navigation

  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is a plus
