Job description

Tasks:


  • Provide first-line support for application-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

  • Communicate effectively with Italian- and English-speaking users to resolve technical problems.

  • Troubleshoot and navigate systems to identify and resolve user issues.

  • Escalate complex problems to second-line support or relevant teams when necessary.

  • Document issues and resolutions accurately in the support system (e.g., ServiceNow).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and user experience.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication.


Requirements:


  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and system navigation.

  • Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is advantageous.

  • Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
