IT Application Support Specialist (1st line)

Tasks:
Provide first-line support for application-related issues via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Communicate effectively with Italian- and English-speaking users to resolve technical problems.
Troubleshoot and navigate systems to identify and resolve user issues.
Escalate complex problems to second-line support or relevant teams when necessary.
Document issues and resolutions accurately in the support system (e.g., ServiceNow).
Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and user experience.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic communication.
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Previous experience in IT support or a similar role is a plus.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and system navigation.
Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW) is advantageous.
Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
