We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you’ll help build, maintain, and enhance automation solutions that support our global technology operations, working closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and reliability.
Tasks:

Support the design and implementation of automation solutions for infrastructure and application environments using CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.

Develop scripts and automation workflows for system provisioning, configuration management, and basic environment monitoring using tools such as Ansible or Terraform.

Assist in automating and maintaining build, test, and deployment pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to deliver automation initiatives that improve delivery speed and quality.

Participate in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in automation workflows, escalating complex issues as needed.

Contribute to documentation of automation processes, configurations, and best practices.

Monitor production and staging environments to help ensure availability and performance.

Stay current with automation tools and practices, applying new knowledge in daily work.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

1-3 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar technical automation role.

Working knowledge of infrastructure concepts (systems, cloud, networking basics).

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash).

Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Basic understanding of monitoring and logging tools.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills; able to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:

Experience working in a production or staging IT environment.

Familiarity with ITSM tools or asset/configuration management databases.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes) are a plus.
