Information Security Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Information Security team and lead both existing and new strategic security initiatives. This role involves managing complex, organization-wide projects that require deep expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term execution. You will work with global teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and drive full lifecycle security projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multiple short- and long-term project plans to enhance security across various domains.

• Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodology to deliver value to business units.

• Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor and report on project progress, scope changes, risks, and resource needs.

• Provide visibility into project status, requirements, and escalations.

• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, maintaining discretion with sensitive information.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and conflicts.

• Solve problems proactively and implement effective action plans.

• Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices.

• Ensure proper project closure, handover, and lessons learned.

• Develop change management plans and engage stakeholders throughout the process.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical or information security projects.

• Solid understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating deployment schedules.

• Familiarity with large enterprise environments.

• Ability to bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.

  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in cybersecurity detection, response, mitigation, or compliance.

• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA).

• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP).
