Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Support Specialist to join our team during Phase 2 of our HCM Cloud Implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR technology environment, supporting critical testing and data validation activities.


Responsibilities:


  1. Participate in end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) for the HCM Cloud system
  2. Assist in the creation and maintenance of UAT documentation including test cases, test logs, issue trackers, and status reports
  3. Support data validation and audit activities to ensure data integrity and compliance
  4. Collaborate with QA and IT teams to resolve issues and support retesting efforts


Requirements:


  1. 1–3 years of experience in HRIS, HR operations, or a related field
  2. Basic understanding of HR systems and data management principles
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  7. Team player with a proactive mindset
  8. Solid communication skills (English)


Preferred Qualifications:


  1. Exposure to HCM Cloud or similar HR systems is a plus
  2. Experience with software testing or quality assurance processes
  3. Familiarity with UAT documentation and reporting tools
