GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, and multimodal AI solutions
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI-powered applications, from research and prototyping to production deployment
• Implement and fine-tune transformer-based architectures (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.) for various business use cases
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reliability
• Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and deployment of AI models
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to integrate AI into products
• Optimize vector databases, embeddings, and search algorithms for scalable AI applications
• Ensure AI fairness, bias mitigation, security, and ethical AI compliance
• Architect Level: Define AI strategy, lead research initiatives, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies

Requirements:

• Senior: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with expertise in Generative AI
• Architect: 8+ years of experience with AI/ML, including AI system design and large-scale model deployment
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Deep understanding of NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model inference optimization
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
• Experience with distributed computing, Kubernetes, and containerized AI deployments
• Knowledge of big data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka, Ray) for AI scalability
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex AI challenges
• For Architect Level: Proven track record of AI solution architecture, strategic planning, and technical leadership
