Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: 100% remote  Contract Type: B2B (200- 220 PLN/h + VAT) We are looking for a Functional Data Analyst – SAP Plant Maintenance to join our team and support data migration activities within the Data Tower. This role focuses on SAP S/4HANA data and standard processes, acting as a key link between process towers, business stakeholders, and technical teams. The successful candidate will help define transformation rules, support source-to-target mappings, and propose data migration strategies for Plant Maintenance objects.   

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand “To-Be” data and process requirements.
• Work with business data owners and SMEs to analyze “As-Is” data structures.
• Ensure all migration requirements are documented in DDAM (Data Definition and Migration) documents.
• Drive data migration activities, including cleansing and collection for Plant Maintenance objects.
• Support data mapping workshops and provide guidance on source-to-target mappings and transformation rules.

Expectations

• Expertise in SAP Data Migration for Plant Maintenance objects.
• Strong understanding of data dependencies and cross-functional requirements.
• Ability to participate in process design workshops and define key data principles.
• Knowledge of DDAM documentation and compliance with legal and design standards.
