Endpoint Monitoring Engineer – Nexthink Infinity

Location: 100% remote work (Poland)

Project Methodology: Mixed Scrum / Waterfall environment

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Engineer to strengthen the Endpoint Monitoring product team responsible for operating and optimizing the Nexthink Infinity platform deployed across 35,000+ devices. In this role, you will administer the platform, build dashboards and analytics, support entities across multiple regions, and help enhance digital experience through high quality data insights.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and operate the Nexthink Infinity platform including dashboards, metrics, and configuration

• Create dashboards, reports, and monitoring capabilities for entities

• Use and manage APIs for data extraction and automation

• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts deployed through GitHub pipelines

• Work within sprints using Jira and contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring services

• Support entities across Level 1–3 on endpoint monitoring use cases and troubleshooting

• Ensure accuracy, quality, and security of all scripts deployed across the device landscape

  
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in platform administration (Nexthink preferred, or equivalent endpoint monitoring technologies)

• Hands on scripting expertise with PowerShell and Bash, following high coding standards suitable for mass deployment

• Experience working with APIs, data models, and structured development workflows including GitHub review processes

• Knowledge of NQL (Next Inquiry Language) or willingness to learn

• Familiarity with support models spanning L1 to L3

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and structured working habits

• Fluency in English within a global, multi entity environment
