We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the Dynamics 365 environment. This role involves supporting end-users, monitoring system performance, and maintaining documentation to optimize business processes. 

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational tasks within Dynamics 365 to ensure system efficiency.

• Provide support to end-users, assisting with navigation and troubleshooting issues.

• Monitor workflows, dashboards, and reports to maintain smooth operations.

• Document processes, FAQs, and best practices for Dynamics 365 usage.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational challenges.

  
  

Expectations

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 navigation and core functionalities.

• Background in Business Analysis or Testing is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in English and familiarity with documentation standards.
