Data Migration Engineer

Location: 100% remote work 

Salary: 180 – 210 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute insurance data migration from legacy systems to a new platform.

• Build and orchestrate migration pipelines using Python and Apache Airflow.

• Map and transform insurance data (policies, coverages, endorsements, risk items).

• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and successful cutover.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience with Apache Airflow and Python.

• Strong insurance domain knowledge (insurance models, policy lifecycle, core entities).

• Experience in data migration or data engineering projects.

• SQL knowledge and ability to work with complex data structures.

• Nice to have: experience with EIS.
