Data Migration Architect

Location: 100% remote work 

Salary: 260 – 300 PLN net/h (B2B via Experis)

Responsibilities:

• Define end to end data migration architecture for insurance data platforms.

• Design migration strategies, patterns, and target data models for insurance domains.

• Own data mapping, transformation standards, and data quality frameworks.

• Oversee and govern migration pipelines built with Python and Apache Airflow.

• Lead cutover strategy, risk management, and migration best practices.

• Act as technical authority for insurance data migration across teams.

Requirements:

• Strong experience designing data migration architectures.

• Expert knowledge of insurance domain and data models (policy, coverage, endorsements, risk items, lifecycle).

• Advanced experience with Python and Apache Airflow at architectural level.

• Strong understanding of data quality, reconciliation, and auditability.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

• Nice to have: experience with EIS platforms.
