Data Engineer / Power BI Administrator – Fully Remote

Hourly Rate: 120–150 PLN/h (B2B)

Project: International project for a major telecom client, building a 30-person data team

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Power BI Administrator to join an international team working on a large-scale project for a global telecommunications company. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining the Power BI environment, ensuring data reliability, performance, and security across multiple business units.

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power BI environments.

• Strong understanding of Power BI Premium, Power BI Service, Power BI Report Server, and Gateway architecture.

• Deep knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling principles.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience implementing enterprise-level BI governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD automation for Power BI.

• Exposure to other BI or analytics platforms such as Tableau or Qlik.
