Data Analyst / Scrum Master

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Contract Type: B2B (125–140 PLN/h + VAT)

Work Model: Hybrid – Wrocław office (2 days onsite weekly)

Role Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst who can additionally support the team in the role of a Scrum Master. This position combines analytical work with Agile team coordination, offering a diverse set of responsibilities in a modern, cloud‑based data environment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst

• Work on data‑driven and finance‑focused initiatives delivered in cloud ecosystems

• Perform data validation and ensure outputs meet expected quality standards

• Take part in designing logical and dimensional data models

• Explore financial datasets and assist in creating KPIs and business rules

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers and the Product Owner to define data requirements

• Identify inconsistencies in data and support root cause investigations

• Utilize your basic Databricks skills to review and interpret data

As a Scrum Master

• Lead and coordinate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

• Guide the team in applying Agile principles and Scrum methodology

• Address obstacles affecting the team and escalate issues when necessary

• Work with the Product Owner to refine and maintain the backlog

• Encourage an open, collaborative, and improvement‑oriented team culture

• Monitor and report simple delivery indicators such as sprint progress and velocity

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the data field

• Background in working with financial datasets is a plus

• Good understanding of data modeling and validation techniques

• Solid SQL skills

• Proficiency in Power BI (advanced level)

• Basic hands‑on experience with Databricks

• Experience collaborating in Agile environments

• Good understanding of the Scrum framework (nice to have)

• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
