Responsibilities:
Perform proper system setups based on the client’s requirements, ensuring the highest accuracy, effectiveness and timelines.
Verify and authorize data elements in the adequate systems and applications.
Co-operate with other teams/employees in delivering high level of client satisfaction through strong product, process and client knowledge.
Participate in projects within the account services space, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams i.e Product Managers, Client Service, Implementation Support.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems/features implementation.
Develop and implement processes improvements and analyze complex issues to optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
Apply appropriate bank’s regulations while processing the requests - stay up to date with the current procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong command of spoken and written English (C1 and higher)
0-2 years of experience in financial institution, working closely with data and system setups, client onboarding experience is a plus but not required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Time management, analytical and problem solving skills
Eligible to work in Poland
Bachelor’s/University degree
