Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support technology‑enabled transformation initiatives within a global environment. The role focuses on shaping and executing organizational change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring effective adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
Responsibilities
Shape and execute change management strategies, including impact assessment, readiness evaluation, stakeholder analysis and adoption planning.
Lead workshops and engagement forums with business stakeholders to gather insights, align expectations and co‑design future-state change approaches.
Design and deliver communication and enablement materials such as learning journeys, coaching plans, super‑user programs and fit‑for‑purpose training
Manage and deliver change workstreams end‑to‑end, including scope, planning, RAID management, reporting, quality assurance and on‑time delivery.
Expectations
4–7 years of experience in project management and organizational change management within technology‑driven transformation programs.
Proven track record in leading end‑to‑end change management activities, including strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications and training enablement.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior audiences.
Excellent command of English (C1) and willingness to travel up to 20% when required by the project.
Professional certifications such as PROSCI, CCMP, ADKAR, PRINCE2 / PMP, Lean Six Sigma or Business Analysis are considered an advantage
