The Delivery Manager role involves coordinating and delivering projects focused on implementing GenAI and Data solutions, migrating infrastructure to the AWS cloud, and modernizing applications.  

Your Responsibilities:   

• Responsibility for end-to-end project delivery: from kickoff to final sign-off. 

• Initiating projects by leading kickoffs with clients and engineering teams. 

• Coordinating project teams and ensuring timely achievement of project goals. 

• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships and acting as the main point of contact. 

• Managing project scope, schedule, risks, and budget. 

• Monitoring progress and providing regular status reporting to stakeholders. 

• Ensuring the quality of delivered solutions and owning the formal project acceptance process. 

• Supporting pre-sales activities, including client needs analysis, project estimation, and feasibility assessment. 

• Identifying process improvements and implementing delivery best practices. 

  
  

Requirements:   

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a project portfolio in the IT services industry. 

• Proven experience leading multiple teams delivering parallel projects in an agile environment. 

• Strong understanding of project economics, including margin, utilization, forecasting, and pricing models. 

• Hands-on experience with agile project management methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. 

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder structures. 

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions, including management and executive-level stakeholders. 

• Experience in pre-sales activities, including client discussions, project estimations, and proposal preparation. 

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage conflicts, and make trade-off-based decisions. 

• A continuous improvement mindset: scaling what works, fixing what doesn’t, and building sustainable delivery structures. 

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (Atlassian). 

• Fluency in both English and Polish, written and spoken. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with AWS cloud services. 

• Willingness to learn and deepen understanding of AWS, including AI/ML services.
