Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Training and Communication Specialist with a strong background in SAP S4 Hana/ECC and Ariba Guided Buying. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training and communication strategies to support SAP S4 Hana deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development and Delivery:
- Design and implement SAP S4 Hana training programs
- Develop manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
- Conduct training sessions for employees at all organizational levels
Communication and Education:
- Create communication strategies to support training initiatives
- Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars
- Provide ongoing support and respond to system-related inquiries
Super User and Trainer Experience:
- Leverage experience as an SAP Super User or Trainer
- Collaborate with teams to identify and address training needs
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements
Candidate Profile:
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in remote training and communication strategies
- Ability to build comprehensive training plans
- Strong communication planning skills
- Proficiency in delivering remote training
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP deployment processes
- Experience developing learning modules
- Familiarity with other ERP systems
Technical & Educational Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for remote sessions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or a related field
- Experience as an SAP Super User or Trainer
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
