Business Training and Communication Specialist (SAP S4 Hana/ECC & Ariba Guided Buying)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Training and Communication Specialist with a strong background in SAP S4 Hana/ECC and Ariba Guided Buying. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training and communication strategies to support SAP S4 Hana deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Development and Delivery:

• Design and implement SAP S4 Hana training programs
• Develop manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules
• Conduct training sessions for employees at all organizational levels

Communication and Education:

• Create communication strategies to support training initiatives
• Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars
• Provide ongoing support and respond to system-related inquiries

Super User and Trainer Experience:

• Leverage experience as an SAP Super User or Trainer
• Collaborate with teams to identify and address training needs
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in remote training and communication strategies
• Ability to build comprehensive training plans
• Strong communication planning skills
• Proficiency in delivering remote training

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAP deployment processes
• Experience developing learning modules
• Familiarity with other ERP systems

Technical & Educational Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for remote sessions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Education, or a related field
• Experience as an SAP Super User or Trainer
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities
