RPA Developer

Effective planning and execution of the entire process of migrating the automation environment to the cloud, taking into account technical, security, and compliance aspects, as well as minimizing operational downtime. A key focus will be ensuring the stability of bot operations and adapting the infrastructure to function within the new cloud environment.

Analysis and recommendation of an alternative RPA platform – conducting an in-depth analysis of available RPA solutions on the market in terms of functionality, maintenance and implementation costs, integration capabilities with the current IT ecosystem, and scalability. The goal is to identify a platform that could potentially replace UiPath and better align with the company's strategic objectives.

Expectations:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in RPA Developer position
• Excellent knowledge of UiPath and UIPath Cloud
• Experience with other programming languages (VB, scripts, Python, C# etc.) and code management skills
• Previous experiences with OCR or document understanding
• Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines
• Proper communication and escalation skills
• Good English (C1) and Polish language
• Enthusiastic and have proactive attitude

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of: BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate

Responsibilities:

• Support transition from UIPath on-prem to UIPath Cloud
• Analysis of transition to other RPA Platform that is cheaper than UI Path
• Automation of various business processes using major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS PowerAutomate, etc.)
• Usage of other types of code (VB, Scripts, .Net, Python) within automations
• OCR, data extraction and document analysis including Intelligent Document Understanding
• Infrastructure set up for automation
• Business Analysis for processes selected for automation
