About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support complex projects by bridging business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing requirements, defining problem statements, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and testing teams to drive product improvements and successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business needs, define problem statements, and perform root cause analysis
Gather, elicit, and prioritise both functional and non-functional requirements
Capture business context, including current and future state, business goals, and user needs
Prepare and maintain clear, structured Epics and User Stories
Ensure requirements are well-defined, unambiguous, and tailored to relevant audiences
Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including prioritisation and change impact analysis
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Support solution design by defining business rules and evaluating solution alternatives
Collaborate with testing teams by reviewing test plans, strategies, and test cases
Analyse and manage defects identified during SIT, UAT, and regression testing
Contribute to product development initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Monitor project progress, risks, and quality of requirements delivery
Support implementation of project and programme management standards, tools, and methodologies
Lead or support training sessions and prepare documentation for end users
Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and proof-of-concept activities
Requirements
Mid+ experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments
Strong experience in requirements engineering (functional & non-functional)
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories
Experience working across the full project lifecycle (analysis → development → testing → implementation)
Strong understanding of business process analysis and solution design
Experience supporting testing activities (test case review, defect management, UAT support)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to facilitate workshops and drive discussions across teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working with agile methodologies
Nice to Have
Experience in proposal preparation, solution design, and POC delivery
Exposure to portfolio or programme-level environments
Experience in training end-users and change management processes
