Role Description:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Middle Office Expert with strong exposure to the Banking or Asset Management sector and proven hands‑on experience with Calypso (Calypso is a must).The ideal consultant combines solid business understanding of Middle Office processes with the ability to translate requirements into functional specifications, define interfaces, and collaborate effectively with technical teams.This role requires a blend of functional, analytical and system‑related expertise within the WAM (Wealth & Asset Management) domain.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed functional specifications, workflows and interface descriptions for Calypso‑related enhancements and integrations.

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of business needs into system requirements.

• Analyse Middle Office processes and propose improvements aligned with industry standards and Calypso capabilities.

• Support testing, validation and implementation activities to ensure smooth delivery of Calypso functionalities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Banking or Asset Management Middle Office environments.

• Calypso expertise is mandatory (functional configuration, workflows, interfaces).

• Ability to write clear and comprehensive functional specifications and documentation.

• Strong understanding of both business processes and technical aspects within the WAM domain; ability to collaborate with developers and solution architects.
