Azure Data Architect

We are a dynamic Data & Analytics team supporting global operations through cutting-edge cloud solutions. We’re looking for an experienced data architect to lead the development of our Azure-based data platform and bring innovative thinking to our data architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data solutions using the latest Azure technologies.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and manage platform access.
• Translate business goals into scalable data architectures.
• Support technical teams and share knowledge with stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance existing on-premises reporting solutions.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with business analysts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architectural design in data projects.
• Develop proofs of concept and migration strategies to Azure.
• Support the development of business use cases for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal data and analytics standards.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
• Proven experience in BI, data analysis, and enterprise reporting.
• Strong expertise in Azure technologies:
• Azure Databricks (admin & engineering)
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure SQL, IAM, Data Lake
• Understanding of data security across all layers.
• Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals and the RAG pattern is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model versioning).
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
