AI/ML Data Engineer

Location: Hybrid work model (40% onsite in Poznan or Wroclaw)

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month 

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in data engineering to lead the development of advanced AI/ML solutions in the Finance & Risk data domain. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, focusing on innovation and the integration of reusable components from existing organizational frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions tailored to financial and risk-related data challenges

• Act as a technical lead, mentoring team members and driving innovation in AI/ML adoption

• Evaluate and integrate reusable AI/ML components from other business areas

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives

  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of applied projects

• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for scalable data processing and model development

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure

• Solid understanding of data engineering principles, with exposure to tools like Databricks
