AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer

Description

We are looking for an AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, test, and optimize advanced AI‑driven agentic systems. In this role, you will work on automating business processes, developing AI agents using prompt engineering, building Python-based solutions with modern AI frameworks, and ensuring continuous system improvement. You will also handle voice data preprocessing for agentic AI models and design comprehensive testing methodologies. Collaboration with product and engineering teams to define measurable acceptance criteria is an essential part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and refining AI-driven agentic systems using large language models

• Automating business processes with AI agents

• Creating and optimizing prompts for AI agent behavior

• Developing Python-based solutions integrated with AI frameworks

• Collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing voice data from call center recordings

• Developing and executing functional, integration, regression, and AI-specific behavior tests

• Continuously optimizing agentic system performance and reliability

• Defining clear and measurable acceptance criteria with product and engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in AI, automation, software engineering, or related areas

• Ability to automate business processes using AI-driven systems (agentic AI)

• Hands-on experience designing and refining AI agents with prompt engineering

• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain)

• Capability to test, simulate, and optimize agentic AI systems

• Experience collecting and preprocessing voice data from call center environments

• Ability to develop and execute diverse testing methodologies including functional, integration, regression, and AI-specific tests

• Knowledge of quality assurance aligned with evolving AI capabilities and industry standards
