🔹 For our Client from pharmaceutical industry we are looking for Technical Business Analyst Lead🔹



✔️What you will be doing:

The Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between various departments and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination for system configuration, technical support and process optimization using Veeva EDC and CDMS.



✔️Key responsibilities:

• System Configuration and Coordination:

o Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and set up user roles, reports, and system settings in Veeva EDC/CDMS

o Have Vault owner responsibilities to manage and oversee system configurations

o Facilitate the implementation of new system requirements and analyze their impact on users

o Support minor system updates, ensuring systems remain current and efficient

o Understand Business processes e.g. User Access Management (UAM) and RTSM process, ensuring seamless implementation and training

• Integration Support:

o Assist in integrating Veeva EDC/CDMS with other systems to enable data flow and automation (e.g., Exostar Integration, RTSM, CTMS)

• Technical Support and User Management:

o Provide technical assistance to users, helping them with access issues and onboarding for trials

o Understand new technical requirements and drive implementation

• Documentation and Reviews:

o Create and review technical documentation, including interface agreements and training materials

o Ensure clear and up-to-date user guidance



✔️Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Veeva EDC and CDMS systems

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them for various stakeholders

• Experience with data flow automation and system integration processes

• Curious nature with an interest in understanding and exploring stakeholder needs and learning
