We are looking for an experienced Oracle SOA/OSB Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting applications built on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB). You will troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and contribute to the integration of various business systems to enable smooth data exchange and interoperability. Your technical expertise will play a key role in enhancing service quality, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement across our integration landscape.
Scope of works
Maintain, optimize, and enhance applications built on Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SOA and OSB applications and related systems.
Integrate multiple systems and applications to ensure smooth data flow and seamless interoperability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve integration solutions.
Monitor system performance, implement tuning improvements, and ensure platform reliability and efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotation as needed, responding to critical incidents that require timely resolution.
Required Skills
Proven experience in working with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
Familiarity with Enterprise Manager (EM) for system monitoring and administration.
Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
Java experience for integrations (ability to read and write code).
Understanding of Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, and XSD.
Solid understanding and practical experience with Linux-based systems.
Strong understanding of system monitoring concepts and performance tuning techniques
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to investigate events and troubleshoot complex issues
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Attention to detail and accountability
Possession of EU/NATO security clearance or Polish citizenship and the ability to undergo verification in order to obtain EU/NATO security clearance
Desired skills
Experience with JMS (Java Message Service) or other messaging technologies (e.g., Kafka)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Scripting skills for automation (e.g., Bash, Python)
Understanding of security standards and protocols (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, SAML)
Professional proficiency in English (B2+/C1 level)
Strong communication skills, including clear expression and active listening
Excellent organization and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization
A problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Sense of ownership and accountability; ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
