Online Banking Application Support Specialist
We seek a skilled, enthusiastic, and motivated Application Support Specialist with expertise in online banking applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide second-line support for online banking application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in on-call duties to provide after-hours support as needed.
- Document and escalate issues as necessary, maintaining thorough records in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of online banking applications.
- Continuously improve support processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work early and late hours; service time to be covered by a team between 6 am – 6 pm, Mon-Fri, including Polish public holidays.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call duty and planned weekend work, occurring once a quarter.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven experience in application support for online banking solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties and provide support outside regular working hours (additional compensation provided).
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Experience in data analysis and performance tuning for banking applications.
