About the Tribe
With the GDC Division, the Customer Onboarding & Interactions Tribe aims to continuously improve the quality of all services related to onboarding customers for all existing and new Euroclear business products. The Tribe is responsible for all movement related to the associated reference data and corporate packages used to interact with external entities. It manages all communication channels (email, account models, our group CRM solution, and other client-facing systems), product and service catalogue, customer subscriptions, and the My Euroclear portal.
Role Overview
The Intake Manager is the main point of contact for Business and IT Demand Owners. This role helps qualify incoming demand and contributes to detailed resource planning, including cost center-level breakdowns. The Intake Manager works closely with Enterprise Demand Owners (EDOs) and squad leads, coordinating efforts similar to those in a PMO function.
Key Responsibilities
Review existing processes and propose improved intake mechanisms.
Acknowledge and clarify demand content.
Log demand within tools using standardized information.
Identify impacted Tribes, Squads, and Departments.
Own the content, planning, and estimates for qualification contributions.
Ensure visibility of related efforts in tools for accurate forecasting.
Assist IT Demand Owners in splitting Resource Plans to Cost Centre level and provide man-day estimations.
Propose standard splits across squads/departments based on historical data (subject to approval).
Facilitate detailing of demand Resource Plans to squad level.
Oversee dependency management and ensure proper follow-up until closure.
Track budgets at the squad level and support financial management.
Monitor demand and capacity, ensuring quality tracking at Tribe level.
Must-Have Qualifications
3–5+ years in PMO/Portfolio/Demand Management, Resource Planning, or similar coordination roles across multiple squads/tribes.
Certifications
SAFe LPM or SA (Scaled Agile)
PMI PBA/CAPM/PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation
Soft Skills
Stakeholder management: Engage EDOs, Tribe/Division leads, and Squad Leads; align on estimates and timelines.
Communication: Concise writing; clear verbal facilitation; ability to translate business to IT and vice versa.
Attention to detail & organized: Consistent in ensuring correct logging and complete records for forecasting.
Curious: Not afraid to deep dive into various topics.
Technical Skills
Resource & capacity planning: Convert high-level demand into man-day estimates; split work down to Cost Centre and squad/tribe level.
Financial acumen: Budget tracking, basic variance analysis (planned vs. actual), cost allocation.
Portfolio/PMO practices: Pipeline visibility, prioritization support, dependency tracking.
Dependency management: Log, sequence, and follow up on cross-team dependencies until closure.
Process design & improvement: Review existing intake, propose streamlined mechanisms, standardize templates, SLAs, and taxonomies.

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
