    Please note that this is a permanent position and we do not offer a contract or freelancing arrangement.

    We are looking for a Technical Expert to join our Risk & Compliance roadmap team. You will be the interface between the business and the different technology/infrastructure teams. The role entails gaining a deep understanding of the application functionalities, ensuring adequate infrastructure is in place, handling installation and upgrades (up to doing some smaller installations yourself if appropriate). The role will also require a meaningful project management dimension and the coordination of different project teams (business and infrastructure) involved in the development/maintenance of applications.


    Your role


    • Develop design specifications in line with the required business and operational requirements.
    • Coordinate any application changes (e.g.: upgrades, migrations, SSO…) or associated infrastructure changes.
    • Supervise the IT operations for the applications and ensure the level of service remains within expectations.
    • Develop and maintain project plans and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks.
    • Define deliverables, assign their production to project team members, and supervise their progress and quality.
    • Lead the risk, issue, and change control processes for assigned projects and track action items.
    • Control and supervise the progress of projects, reporting to IT Management and to your sponsor.
    • Ensure sufficient knowledge shared within the team to maintain the applications and raise any issues when this is not the case.
    • Investigate software problems and coordinate problem resolution with software vendors and infrastructure team.


    Your qualifications


    • Bachelor or master’s degree in IT and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Project management experience (ideally 3 years).
    • Experience of installation and/or coordination of the installation of several business applications in a corporate context (including working with external vendors).
    • Exposure to applications using different infrastructure landscapes and working with infrastructure teams to fulfill its requirements. 


    Soft & Technical skills


    • Technical skills: multiple platforms (Windows, Linux), SQL, SSIS, file transfers, network.
    • Good Knowledge on Data extraction, data transformation and data load processes (SSIS packages development experience is helpful).
    • Working experience in an agile context.
    • Excellent analytical skills with effective and creative problems solving skills with the ability to identify issues and fix or identify the internal resources to assist.
    • You are proficient in English.
